A horizontal white band runs from behind eyes to caudal peduncle, and a yellowish band just below. The white band continues through to caudal fin edge, and is dissected by several vertical and narrow brown bars, which end at the yellow stripe.
Below the yellow band, a black spot appears where each vertical bar ends.
