Striped monocle bream

Characteristics

Usually occurs singly. Elsewhere, known to form groups.
Sometimes exhibits the Swim-Stop-Swim behaviour
Feeds on small fishes and invertebrates.

Description

Dorsally black to dark grey with 2 to 3 horizontal white stripes and several irregular vertical white bars.
Ventrally white.
