Nebulous wrasse


  • Usually occurs singly.


Terminal phase:
  • Body pale purple to green, ventrally paler with pale red blotches on belly.
  • Head greenish with red markings.
  • A small black spot behind eye.
Initial phase:
  • Body colours and patterns similar to terminal phase. However, head is paler and red markings are absent. Red blotches on belly are prominent.
